1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service operated by Archontech or its portfolio companies (Munimjee AI, Vouchrs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Archontech operates multiple digital commerce products. Each product may have additional terms specific to its operation. These general terms apply across all Archontech services. Product-specific terms, where they exist, take precedence over these general terms for that product.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the same service

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Engaging in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
  • Violating applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfering with other users' use of our services
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or hacking our platforms
  • Reselling or sublicensing access without authorization

5. Payment & Billing

Payment terms vary by product. Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Transaction fees and commissions are disclosed on each platform before use. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Archontech and its products shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All services, including their design, code, AI models, and branding, are the intellectual property of Archontech or its respective products. You retain ownership of your content and data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account on any platform at any time by contacting us. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
